Philosphy: We believe and live by The Ellison Model

The Ellison Model or (TEM) was created in the late 1990’s by Dr. Deryl G. Hunt(Founder of ICB Productions inc). TEM was created to help individuals and organizations become more efficient in their daily lives. Tem is unique in that its underlining value system is bolstered by the demonstration of the model. The Ellison Model is a culture(a way of life) with core values of loving, caring, sharing, trust , honor and respect. The core values of loving, caring, sharing, trusting, honoring and respecting means nothing if the person does not put these values into practice.

Those that profess The Ellison Model must also live TEM. If TEM is not put into practice everyone will know. The Ellison Model unifies people individually, personally, professionally and organizationally towards building local and global communities. Although TEM can be used in any situation or organization, ICB Productions has carved out a niche in developing tools for the business, educational, religious, and governmental communities. It does so by focusing on five majors areas of need; referred to as The Five Foci of TEM. These five areas are Inclusion, Mentoring, Conflict Resolution, Multi-Cultural Appreciation and Relationship Building. While honing in on these five important variants along with ICB Productions proven seven step process a successful outcome is expected.

Heartfelt service is an alternative means to customer service. Customer Service is a learned and repeated behavior; often time focusing on the repetition of words and behaviors as opposed to the true needs of the client. Though there is nothing wrong with customer service of itself, it tends to lack a genuine positive motive. Heartfelt service by way of The Ellison Model provides our clients with the best possible service

Our Name:

Sometime in the mid 2000’s we attended a business seminar organized by Inclusive Community Builders Productions that introduced the concept of business strategies and practices by way of The Ellison Model. We were thoroughly pleased to the point that we adopted the model as our own and put into practice its values and guideline system in our business. We were so impressed with The Ellison Model’s core belief system that we named our company in honor of Inclusive Community Builders Productions. Thus, Inclusive Community Builders Air Conditioning or (ICB Air Conditioning; dba) was legally formed.
